e-mail confirmation

After you send your booking, you will receive an e-mail with all relevant information (called "Buchungsbestätigung"). For technical reasons, this message is in German. Therefore, we provide a sample message with explanations here:

"Wie geht es jetzt weiter?" stands for: "What do I have to do next?". If you paid by credit card, there is nothing more to do. If you chose to pay by bank transfer you will find all necessary details below.

We will send your ticket and an invoice via regular mail, after your payment is received. This ticket you bring with you to the festival, where it is exchanged for your admission bracelets, film & photo licenses etc.

When can you expect this mailing? We calculate approx. two weeks from receiving your payment to actually shipment (in Germany). Please note: International mail takes longer! Also, in times of high demand (first weeks of online booking as well as around price changes) there can be delays, so we ask for your patience. We handle each booking personally and double check your order before shipping. So, particularly in the weeks before the festival, it can take longer to send your ticket. If four weeks after payment you still have not received our letter, please let us know!

Please check to see if we got the correct adress. Please note that if you chose to have a differing adress for invoice / shipment, this will be shown under "Abweichende Rechnungs-/Lieferanschrift".

This is an overview of your tickets and options you booked. Please check to make sure we received all of your wishes. Translation: Do=Thursday. Fr=Friday. Sa=Saturday. So=Sunday. Vier-Tageskarte=four day ticket. Tageskarte=day ticket. Abendkarte=evening ticket. Sitzplatzkarte=seat ticket. Ticket-Versicherung=ticket insurance. Gutschein=voucher. Buchungsnummer=booking number. Gesamtbetrag=total sum.

All bank transfer information is found here. Please be sure to use the exact subject heading ("Überweisungstext") given. Also, please note that international bank transfer can take longer than national transfers and that all bank fees are at your own expense.

There is nothing more to do if you chose payment by credit card - just wait for the ticket to arrive!
